The HFA1150 is a high performance, wideband, fast settling op amp built with Intersil's proprietary complementary bipolar UHF-1 process. The current feedback architecture delivers superb bandwidth even at very high gains (>300MHz at AV = 10), and the low distortion and excellent video parameters make this amplifier ideal for communication and professional video applications. Though specified for ±5V operation, the HFA1150 operates with single supply voltages as low as 4.5V, and requires only 3.4mA of Icc in 5V applications (see Application Information section, and Application Note AN9891). For a lower power amplifier in a SOT-23 package, please refer to the HFA1155 data sheet.

MCR100 series SCRs are PNPN devices designed for high-volume, line-powered consumer applications such as relay and lamp drivers, small motor controls, gate drivers for larger thyristors, and sensing and detection circuits. Supplied in an inexpensive plastic TO-226AA package which is readily adaptable for use in automatic insertion equipment.

This document introduces the features and characteristics of the Motorola MC34001/D series JFET input operational amplifiers. This series of products uses two advanced analog technologies, which have low input bias current, input offset current and supply current, wide bandwidth and fast slew rate.

The MC33375 series is a micro-power low dropout voltage regulator with a very low quiescent current and the ability to supply output currents up to 300mA.

The MC14066B/D is a quad bilateral switch capable of controlling either digital or analog signals. It is useful in signal gating, chopper, modulator, demodulator and CMOS logic implementation. It is designed to be pin–for–pin compatible with the MC14016B, but has much lower ON resistance. Input voltage swings as large as the full supply voltage can be controlled via each independent control input.

MC12053A/D is a super low power ÷64/65, ÷128/129 dual modulus prescaler. Motorola's advanced Bipolar MOSAIC V technology is utilized to achieve low power dissipation of 4.3 mW at a minimum supply voltage of 2.7 V.

This document introduces Fujitsu Semiconductor's Multi-Chip Package (MCP) flash memory and static RAM products. The flash memory has a power supply voltage of 2.7V to 3.3V, a maximum access time of 90ns, supports simultaneous read/write operations, and can perform up to 100,000 write/erase cycles. The static RAM has a maximum access time of 85ns and supports sector erase and full chip erase for different capacities.

MB81P643287 is a Fujitsu CMOS Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory (SDRAM) with Fujitsu Advanced FCRAM (Fast Cycle Random Access Memory) Core Technology, containing 67,108,864 memory cells accessible in an 32-bit format. The MB81P643287 features a fully synchronous operation referenced to clock edge whereby all operations are synchronized at a clock input which enables high performance and simple user interface coexistence. The MB81P643287 is designed to reduce the complexity of using a standard dynamic RAM (DRAM) which requires many control signal timin.g constraints. The MB81P643287 uses Double Data Rate (DDR) where data bandwidth is twice of fast speed compared with regular SDRAMs. The MB81P643287 is ideally suited for Digital Visual Systems, High Performance Graphic Adapters, Hardware Accelerators, Buffers, and other applications where large memory density and high effective bandwidth are required and where a simple interface is needed. The MB81P643287 adopts new I/O interface circuitry, SSTL_2 interface, which is capable of extremely fast data transfer of quality under either terminated or point to point bus environment.

The MB4072 provides high impedance open-collector current outputs, which can be used for voltage output with a load or current to voltage converter in various applications with operational amplifiers, microcomputers, etc. The threshold level of digital inputs can be varied with the level control input to accommodate various interface levels. Additionally, the MB4072 features fast settling time, low linearity error, adjustable threshold level, and a wide supply voltage range.

The DS1330 256k NV SRAMs are 262,144-bit, fully static, NV SRAMs organized as 32,768 words by 8 bits. Each NV SRAM has a self-contained lithium energy source and control circuitry which constantly monitors VCC for an out-of-tolerance condition. When such a condition occurs, the control circuitry resets the processor and holds it in reset until VCC returns to normal operating range.
