The MAX705-MAX708/MAX813L microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits reduce the complexity and number of components required to monitor power-supply and battery functions in µP systems. These devices signifi- cantly improve system reliability and accuracy com- pared to separate ICs or discrete components. The MAX705/MAX706/MAX813L provide four functions: 1) A reset output during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions. 2) An independent watchdog output that goes low if the watchdog input has not been toggled within 1.6 seconds. 3) A 1.25V threshold detector for power-fail warning, low-battery detection, or for monitoring a power sup- ply other than +5V. 4) An active-low manual-reset input. The MAX707/MAX708 are the same as the MAX705/ MAX706, but differ in pin arrangement.

The MAX6701-MAX6708 microprocessor (µP) supervisory circuits reduce the complexity and components required to monitor power-supply functions in µP systems. These devices significantly improve system reliability and accu- racy compared to separate ICs or discrete components. The MAX6701-MAX6708 family provides four functions: a reset output during power-up, power-down, and brownout conditions; an independent watchdog output that goes low if the watchdog input has not been toggled within 1.6s; a 0.62V threshold detector for power-fail warning; and an active-low manual reset input. The MAX6701-MAX6708 family offers several pinout options to accommodate a variety of multivoltage micro- processor supervision applications. The MAX6701(A)/MAX6702(A)/MAX6703(A) monitor three supply voltages (one fixed threshold and two adjustable) to drive a single reset output and include a manual reset input and a watchdog timer with an inde- pendent output. The MAX6704 monitors a single-supply voltage to drive complementary reset outputs and includes an independent adjustable power-fail-in/power- fail-out comparator, a manual reset input, and a reset- based watchdog timer. The MAX6705(A)/MAX6706(A)/ MAX6707(A) monitor a single-supply voltage to drive a single reset output and include an independent adjustable power-fail-in/power-fail-out comparator, a manual reset input, and a watchdog timer with an inde- pendent output. The MAX6708 is the same as the MAX6704 but without the wa

The MAX6461-MAX6466 family is a series of ultra-low-power voltage detectors and µP reset supervisory circuits that monitor battery, power-supply, and system voltages. Each circuit includes a precision bandgap reference, a comparator, internally trimmed resistor networks that set specified trip thresholds, and an internal 5% threshold hysteresis circuit. Output is asserted when VCC falls below the internal VTH- and remains asserted until VCC rises above VTH+ (VTH+ = VTH- × 1.05). These devices provide excellent circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when monitoring nominal system voltages from +1.6V to +5.5V. The MAX6461/MAX6462/MAX6463 are voltage detectors with a propagation delay of 17µs. The MAX6464/MAX6465/MAX6466 are µP supervisory circuits with a minimum reset timeout period of 150ms. All devices are available with thresholds from +1.6V to +5.5V in 100mV increments. The family is available with three output stage options: push-pull with active-low output, push-pull with active-high output, and open drain with active-low output. These devices are available in SC70 and SOT23 packages specified over the -40°C to +125°C temperature range.

MUN5211dw–1/8 is a dual bias resistor transistor that contains a single transistor and a monolithic bias network consisting of two resistors, a series base resistor and a series emitter resistor. The device has a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 50 Vdc and a maximum collector current of 100 mAdc.

This family will also be available in single, dual, and triple versions, with 200MHz, 400MHz, and 750MHz versions. These are all available in single, dual, and triple versions. Both families operate on single 5V or ±5V supplies from minimum supply current. EL5x02 also features an output enable function, which can be used to put the output in to a high-impedance mode. This enables the outputs of multiple amplifiers to be tied together for use in multiplexing applications.
