MSC1535.PDF is a product manual for MSC company's 500 watt ESD TVS array

This is a PDF document certified with ISO 9001, which describes a product named MSC1536. It is a Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) array designed to provide protection at the board level for two unidirectional data or interface lines. It is capable of protecting against voltage transients caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transients (EFT), and secondary lighting effects. The TVS array has a peak power rating of 500 watts for an 8/20µsec pulse and features ultra-low capacitance of 3 pF. It is suitable for protecting sensitive circuitry including TTL, CMOS DRAMs, SRAMs, HCMOS, HSIC microprocessors, Universal Serial Bus (USB), and I/O transceivers.

The USB50403C to USB50424C TVSarray™ series is a 4-pin 1-line bidirectional ultra-low capacitance array designed for use in applications requiring board-level protection from voltage transients caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) as defined by IEC 1000-4-2, electrical fast transients (EFT) per IEC 1000-4-4 and effects of secondary lightning. These arrays are used to protect 1 discrete line utilizing pins (1,4 signal and 2,3 ground). The S0T-143 product provides board-level protection from static electricity and other induced voltage surges that can damage sensitive circuitry. These TRANSIENT VOLTAGE SUPPRESSOR (TVS) Diode Arrays protect 3.3 Volt components such as DRAM's, SRAM's, CMOS, HCMOS, HSIC, and low voltage interfaces up to 24Volts.

This document describes a 4-pin 1-line unidirectional ultra low capacitance array designed for applications requiring board level protection from voltage transients caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other induced voltage surges. The product protects components ranging from 3.3V to 24V and features ultra low capacitance.
