It has 16 and 20 seconds of record/playback time, can be cascaded directly for longer record/playback time, has a standby current of 1µA, eliminates the need for battery backup circuits, supports multiple message storage, and has record cycles up to 100,000 times and storage time up to 100 years.

The ISD1100 Series is a single-chip voice record/playback device that supports 10- and 12-second durations, and features a low power mode and programmable frequency.

This article introduces the application of analog switches in cell phones. It describes the development history of analog switches since the 1960s, and focuses on ON Semiconductor's MC74VHC1G66DFT2 product, which is a low voltage, single switch (SPST) analog switch with a small size and features low resistance and high impedance.

The ICL7660S Super Voltage Converter is a monolithic CMOS voltage conversion IC that guarantees significant performance advantages over other similar devices. It is a direct replacement for the industry standard ICL7660 offering an extended operating supply voltage range up to 12V, with lower supply current. No external diode is needed for the ICL7660S. In addition, a Frequency Boost pin has been incorporated to enable the user to achieve lower output impedance despite using smaller capacitors. All improvements are highlighted in the Electrical Specifications section. Critical parameters are guaranteed over the entire commercial, industrial and military temperature ranges. The ICL7660S performs supply voltage conversion from positive to negative for an input range of 1.5V to 12V, resulting in complementary output voltages of -1.5V to -12V. Only 2 non-critical external capacitors are needed for the charge pump and charge reservoir functions. The ICL7660S can be connected to function as a voltage doubler and will generate up to 22.8V with a 12V input. It can also be used as a voltage multiplier or voltage divider. The chip contains a series DC power supply regulator, RC oscillator, voltage level translator, and four output power MOS switches. The oscillator, when unloaded, oscillates at a nominal frequency of 10kHz for an input supply voltage of 5.0V. This frequency can be lowered by the addition of an external capacitor

766 series pulse transformers are available in 1:1, 1:1:1, 2:1, 2:1:1, 3:1, 3:3:2, 4:1, 1CT:1, 2CT:1, 1CT:1CT ratios for use in switch mode power supplies, inverters, motor drives, and communication equipment.

This document introduces the improved versions of UC3823A and UC3823B and UC3825A and UC3825B family PWM controllers, which have improved performance, including higher switching frequency (up to 1MHz), shorter propagation delay (50ns), higher output current (2A peak) and lower startup current (100μA).

The document introduces the features and characteristics of the UC382 low-dropout linear regulator, including fast transient response, 10-mA to 3-A load current, short circuit protection, maximum dropout of 450-mV, separate bias and VIN pins, available in adjustable or fixed-output voltages, 5-pin package allows Kelvin sensing of load voltage and reverse current protection.

The UC3770A and UC3770B are high-performance full bridge drivers that offer higher current and lower saturation voltage than the UC3717 and the UC3770. Included in these devices are LS-TTL compatible logic inputs, current sense, monostable, thermal shutdown, and a power H-bridge output stage. Two UC3770As or UC3770Bs and a few external components form a complete micro-processor-controllable stepper motor power system. Unlike the UC3717, the UC3770A and the UC3770B require external high-side clamp diodes. The UC3770A and UC3770B are identical in all regards except for the current sense thresholds. Thresholds for the UC3770A are identical to those of the older UC3717 permitting drop-in replacement in applications where high-side diodes are not required. Thresholds for the UC3770B are tailored for half stepping applications where 50%, 71%, and 100% current levels are desirable. The UC3770A and UC3770B are specified for operation from 0°C to 70°C ambient.

The UC1730 family of integrated circuit devices are designed to be used in a number of thermal monitoring applications.
