The HMC327MS8G is a high efficiency GaAs InGaP HBT MMIC Power Amplifier from Hittite Corporation. It operates between 3.0 and 4.0 GHz and provides 21 dB of gain, +30 dBm of saturated power, 45% PAE, and a supply voltage of +5.0 V. It also supports power down capability and has a low external part count.
The HMC322 is a broadband non-reflective GaAs MESFET SP8T switch chip that covers a frequency range of DC to 10.0 GHz. It offers high isolation and low insertion loss, extending the frequency coverage of Hittite's SP8T switch product line. The switch includes an on-board binary decoder circuit, reducing the required logic control lines to three. It operates using a negative control voltage of 0/-5V and requires a fixed bias of -5V. All data is tested with the chip in a 50 Ohm test fixture connected via 0.025 mm (1 mil) diameter wire bonds of 0.5 mm (20 mils) length.
The HMC322LP4 is a broadband non-refl ective GaAs MESFET SP8T switch in a low cost lead- less surface mount package. Covering DC to 8 GHz, this switch offers high isolation and low insertion loss. This switch also includes an on board binary decoder circuit which reduces the required logic control lines to three. The switch operates using a negative control voltage of 0/-5 volts, and requires a fi xed bias of -5v. This switch is suitable for usage in 50-Ohm or 75-Ohm sys- tems.
The HMC326MS8G is a high-efficiency GaAs InGaP HBT MMIC driver amplifier from Hittite, which operates between 3.0 and 4.5 GHz and provides 21 dB of gain and +26 dBm of saturated power.
The HMC318MS8G is a surface mount low cost C-band variable gain low noise amplifier (VGLNA) that serves the full UNII and HiperLAN bands. It operates using a single positive supply that can be set between +3V or +5V. By applying a control voltage of 0V to +3V, the gain of the amplifier can be decreased while maintaining excellent return loss performance. A maximum gain of 9 dB is achieved when VCTL is set to 0V and a minimum gain of -9 dB is achieved when Vctl is set to +3V.
The HMC316MS8 is a miniature double balanced mixer from Hittite Corporation. Its main features are low conversion loss, high LO/RF isolation, high input IP3 and small package size, making it ideal for cellular basestations, cable modems and fixed wireless access systems.
The document introduces the HMC315 GaAs InGaP HBT MMIC DARLINGTON amplifier from Microwave Corporation, which features ultra broadband operation, single positive supply, 15 dB gain, and +17 dBm saturated power.
This document describes the features and characteristics of the HMC314 GaAs InGaP HBT MMIC DRIVER AMPLIFIER. The amplifier operates from a single positive supply and incorporates a power down feature. It can be used as a broadband gain stage, providing 12dB of gain and +22dBm of saturated power. The amplifier is packaged in an ultra small SOT26 package.
This document describes the features and characteristics of the HMC313 GaAs InGaP HBT MMIC broadband amplifier, including operating voltage, gain, saturated power, etc.
The HMC311ST89 is a GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) Gain Block MMIC SMT DC to 6 GHz amplifi er from Hittite Corporation. It can be used as either a cascadable 50 Ohm gain stage or to drive the LO of HMC mixers with up to +16.5 dBm output power. The HMC311ST89 offers 16 dB of gain and an output IP3 of +31.5 dBm while requiring only 54 mA from a +5V supply. The Darlington feedback pair used results in reduced sensitivity to normal process variations and yields excellent gain stability over temperature while requiring a minimal number of external bias components.
HMC310MS8G is a multifunction RFIC that incorporates a power amplifier and low noise amplifier with a transmit/receive switch. It offers 15 dB gain and +5 dBm P1dB in the transmit mode and 13 dB of gain with an overall noise figure of 3 dB when in receive mode. It can be used in conjunction with 2.4 GHz ASICs such as National Semiconductor's LMX3162 to meet the BLUETOOTH Class 2 & 3 requirements.
