The HMC344LP3 is a broadband non-reflective GaAs MMIC SP4T switch from Hittite Corporation. It features a wide frequency range (DC-8GHz), low insertion loss and high isolation, and is suitable for applications such as fiber optics, switched filter banks and wireless.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the HMC345LP3 microwave switch, including broadband performance, high isolation, and low insertion loss. The switch is suitable for DC - 8.0 GHz 50-Ohm or 75-Ohm systems and can be used in broadband, fiber optics, switched filter banks, and wireless applications below 8 GHz.

HMC339 is a GaAs MMIC SUB-HARMONICALLY PUMPED MIXER from Hittite Microwave Corporation. It works in the frequency range of 33 - 42 GHz and has an integrated LO amplifier. It can be used as an upconverter or downconverter. This chip uses GaAs PHEMT technology, which results in a small overall chip area of 1.07mm2. The 2LO to RF isolation is excellent, eliminating the need for additional filtering.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the HMC338 GaAs MMIC SUB-HARMONICALLY PUMPED MIXER, including the integrated LO amplifier, high 2LO/RF isolation, and small size.

HMC336MS8G is a low cost, high performance GaAs MMIC SPDT switch from Hittite Corporation. It covers the frequency range of DC to 6.0GHz and offers high isolation and low insertion loss. The switch operates using a positive control voltage of 0/+5 Volts, and requires a fixed bias of +5V. This switch is suitable for usage in 50-Ohm or 75-Ohm systems.

The HMC335G16 is a broadband 5-bit GaAs IC digital attenuator from Hittite Corporation. It covers DC to 3 GHz and has an insertion loss of less than 2.3 dB. The attenuation range is 1-31 dB.

The HMC333 is a single balanced mixer IC with an integrated LO amplifier. This converter IC can operate as an upconverter or downconverter between 3.0 GHz and 3.8 GHz. With the integrated LO amplifier, the mixer requires an LO drive level of only 0 dBm, and requires only 7 mA from a single positive +3V rail. The mixer has 8.5 dB of conversion loss, an input P1dB of 0 dBm and an input third order intercept point of +10 dBm at 3.5 GHz.

HMC332 is a single balanced mixer IC with an integrated LO amplifier produced by Hittite company. It can operate as an upconverter or downconverter between 2.0-2.8GHz. The mixer has 8dB of conversion loss, an input P1dB of 0dBm, and an input third order intercept point of +10dBm.

HMC331 is a passive frequency doubler produced by Hittite Microwave Corporation. It is suitable for wireless local loop, LMDS, VSAT and point-to-point radio equipment.

The HMC330 is a broadband double balanced sub-harmonically pumped passive mixer that may be used as an upconverter or downconverter. The mixer requires no external matching or bias. This design was optimized to provide better 1dB compression performance as compared to the HMC266 under the same LO drive levels. The HMC330 provides greater than 38 dB LO to RF and 2LO to RF isolation performance.

The HMC329LM3 is a 26 - 40 GHz surface mount, passive, double-balanced MMIC mixer in a SMT leadless chip carrier package. The mixer can be used as a downconverter or upconverter. It has excellent isolations and requires no external components and no DC bias.

HMC329LM3 is a 26-40GHz surface mount, passive, double-balanced MMIC mixer from Hittite. It can be used as a downconverter or upconverter. The chip requires no external components and no DC bias. All data is with the non-hermetic, epoxy sealed LM3 package mounted in a 50 Ohm test fi xture. Utilizing the HMC329LM3 eliminates the need for wirebonding, thereby providing a consistent connection interface for the customer.
