L6910G is a high-performance DC-DC converter, with adjustable output voltage, supports 0.9V to 12V input voltage, the maximum output current can reach 20A, supports overvoltage protection and overcurrent protection.

This data sheet provides a detailed introduction to the features and performance of the MB90420G/5G (A) series MCU

The L5970AD is a 1.5A step-down monolithic power switching regulator with an adjustable output voltage from 1.235V to 35V. It can be used in consumer, networking, computing and industrial applications.

ST1L02xx is a low dropout linear voltage regulator from ST company. The output voltage can be selected from 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.3V. The output current can reach up to 1A. The quiescent current is very low, not more than 650uA over the entire operating temperature range. It also has thermal shutdown protection and over current protection.

The TS4431 is a four-terminal device dedicated to low voltage Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS). It integrates a 1.224V voltage reference, an amplifier, and an open collector output transistor in a single package. The TS4431’s operating mode is similar to the well-known standard voltage reference, the TL431. It maintains the desired feedback voltage at the REF pin in a closed loop configuration by sinking a current proportional to the error voltage at the REF pin. TS4431 features an open collector transistor with an ultra-low saturation voltage, allowing it to be used in series with the optocoupler in an SMPS architecture to regulate low voltage SMPS.

The document describes the features of the TSM107 triple operational amplifier and voltage reference. It has medium bandwidth, large output voltage swing, input common mode voltage range that includes ground, and a wide power supply range.

This document describes the features and characteristics of a 5-pin supervisor product named STM6321, STM6322, STM6821, STM6822, STM6823, STM6824, STM6825, including precision VCC monitoring, reset outputs, watchdog timer, manual reset input, etc.

This document describes the features and characteristics of the MB90350 series microcontrollers, which are especially designed for automotive and industrial applications. The main feature is the on-board CAN interface, which supports a flexible message buffer scheme and offers more functions than a normal full CAN approach. With the 0.35 µm CMOS technology, the microcontrollers have on-chip FLASH-ROM program memory up to 128 Kbytes. An internal voltage booster and voltage regulator provide advantages in terms of EMI and power consumption. The microcontrollers also feature a 4-channel Output Compare Unit, a 6-channel Input Capture Unit, and 2-channel UART for communication purposes.

L6928 is a high efficiency monolithic synchronous step down regulator featuring extremely low quiescent current, 2V to 5.5V input voltage range, up to 95% efficiency, as well as selectable low noise/low consumption mode.

LDS3985xx is a low dropout, low noise, BiCMOS 300 mA voltage regulator for use with very low ESR output capacitors.

ST1S03 is a step down DC-DC converter optimized for powering low-voltage digital core in HDD applications and, generally, to replace the high current linear solution when the power dissipation may cause an high heating of the application environment. It provides up to 1.5 A over an input voltage range of 3 V to 16 V. An high switching frequency (1.5 MHz) allows the use of tiny surface-mount components: as well as the resistor divider to set the output voltage value, only an inductor, a schottky diode and two capacitors are required. Besides, a low output ripple is guaranteed by the current mode PWM topology and by the use of low ESR SMD ceramic capacitors. The device is thermal protected and current limited to prevent damages due to accidental short circuit.
