Its main features are two on-board CAN interfaces (one for MB90V545 series), which conform to V2.0 Part A and Part B standards, supporting a very flexible message buffer scheme and offering more functions than a normal full CAN approach. The F2MC-16LX CPU core's instruction set inherits the AT architecture of the F2MC family, with additional instruction sets for high-level languages, extended addressing mode, enhanced multiplication/division instructions, and enhanced bit manipulation instructions. The microcontroller has a 32-bit accumulator for processing long word data. The MB90540/545 series has peripheral resources of 8/10-bit A/D converters, UART (SCI), extended I/O serial interfaces, 8/16-bit timer, I/O timer (input capture (ICU), output compare (OCU)), etc.

L6740L is a hybrid CPU power supply controller for AMD processors, compatible with both parallel (PVI) and serial (SVI) protocols. The device embeds two independent control loops for the CPU core and the integrated NB, each one with its own set of protections. L6740L is able to work in single-plane mode, addressing only the CORE section, according to the parallel DAC codification. When in dual-plane mode, it is compatible with the AMD SVI specification addressing the CPU and NB voltages according to the SVI bus commands. The dual-edge asynchronous architecturetm ensures high performance and high efficiency.

The PM6641 is a monolithic voltage regulator module specifically designed to supply DDR2/3 memory and chipset in ultra-mobile PC and real estate constrained portable systems. It integrates three independent, adjustable, constant frequency buck converters, a ±2 Apk low drop-out (LDO) linear regulator and a ±15 mA low noise buffered reference. Each regulator provides basic UV and OV protections, programmable soft-start and current limit and active soft-end. Pulse-skipping technique is performed to increase efficiency at very light load.

The ST8R00 is a synchronous PWM step-up DC-DC converter. The device is able to provide an output voltage in the range of 6 to 12 V with an input voltage from 4 to 6 V. It features adjustable output voltage, output current up to 1 A, low ripple voltage, and high efficiency. The high switching frequency (1.7 MHz) permits the use of tiny surface-mount components. In addition to the resistor divider to set the output voltage value, only an inductor and two capacitors are required. Moreover, a low output ripple is guaranteed by the current mode PWM topology and by the use of low ESR SMD ceramic capacitors. The device is available in a very small DFN8 (4 x 4 mm) package.

The LD49150xx is a high-bandwidth, low-dropout, 1.5A voltage regulator, ideal for powering core voltages of low-power microprocessors. The LD49150xx implements a dual supply configuration allowing for very low output impedance and very fast transient response. The LD49150xx requires a bias input supply and a main input supply, allowing for ultra-low input voltages on the main supply rail. The input supply operates from 1.4V to 5.5V and the bias supply requires between 3V and 6V for proper operation. The LD49150xx offers fixed output voltages from 0.8V to 1.8V and adjustable output voltages down to 0.8V. The LD49150xx requires a minimum output capacitance for stability, and work optimally.
