The L5980 is a 0.7 A step-down switching regulator with 1 A (min.) current limited embedded power MOSFET, so it is able to deliver in excess of 0.7 A DC current to the load depending on the application condition. The input voltage can range from 2.9 V to 18 V, while the output voltage can be set starting from 0.6 V to VIN. Having a minimum input voltage of 2.9 V, the device is suitable also for 3.3 V bus. Requiring a minimum set of external components, the device includes an internal 250 kHz switching frequency oscillator that can be externally adjusted up to 1 MHz. The VFQFPN8 package with exposed pad allows reducing the RthJA down to approximately 60 °C/W.

The LD3980 is a low dropout regulator that can provide up to 300mA of output current from an input voltage of 1.7V to 3.6V.

The LD49300xx is a high-bandwidth, low dropout, 3.0A voltage regulator, ideal for powering core voltages of low-power microprocessors. The LD49300xx implements a dual supply configuration allowing for very low output impedance and very fast transient response. The LD49300xx requires a bias input supply and a main input supply, allowing for ultra-low input voltages on the main supply rail. The input supply operates from 1.4V to 5.5V and the bias supply requires between 3V and 6V for proper operation. The LD49300xx offers fixed output voltages from 0.8V to 1.8V and adjustable output voltages down to 0.8V. The LD49300xx requires a minimum output capacitance for stability, and works optimally with small...

The PM6681A is a dual step-down controller from ON Semiconductor that provides extremely high efficiency conversion using a lossless current sensing technique. It has a 6 V to 36 V input voltage range, adjustable output voltages, a 0.9-3.3 V LDO adjustable output current of 100 mA peak current, a 5 V LDO that delivers 100 mA peak current, a 1.237 V ±1% reference voltage available, no RSENSE current sensing using low side MOSFETs' RDS(on), negative current limit, a soft-start internally fixed at 2 ms, soft output discharge, latched UVP, not-latched OVP, selectable pulse skipping at light loads, selectable minimum frequency (33 kHz) in pulse skip mode, 5 mW maximum quiescent power, independent Power Good signals, and output voltage ripple compensation.

L6726A is a single-phase step-down controller with integrated high-current drivers that provides complete control logic, protections and reference voltage to realize in an easy and simple way general DC-DC converters by using a compact SO-8 package.

The PM6680A is a dual step-down controller from STMicroelectronics that provides up to 98% conversion efficiency. It uses a constant on-time architecture to ensure fast load transient response and an embedded voltage feed-forward to provide nearly constant switching frequency operation. An embedded integrator control loop compensates for output ripple-induced DC voltage error. Pulse skip technology increases efficiency at very light loads. Additionally, a minimum switching frequency of 33kHz is selectable to avoid audio noise issues. The PM6680A provides a selectable switching frequency, allowing selection between 1.5MHz, 2.5MHz, and 4MHz.

The STC4054 is a constant current/constant voltage charger for single cell Li-Ion batteries. No external sense resistor or blocking diode is required and its ThinSOT package make it ideally suited for portable applications. The STC4054 is designed to work within USB power specifications. An internal block regulates the current when the junction temperature increases, in order to protect the device when it operates in high power or high ambient temperature. The charge voltage is fixed at 4.2V, and the charge current limitation can be programmed using a single resistor connected between PROG pin and GND. The charge cycle is automatically terminated when

The L6920DC is a high efficiency monolithic step up switching converter IC especially designed for battery powered application. It requires only three external components to realize the conversion from the battery voltage to the selected output voltage. The minimum output voltage is 1.8V: suitable to supply the most advanced ASIC and µP. High switching frequency allows for a low profile, small sized inductor and output capacitor to be used. Reference voltage, low battery detection and Shutdown are provided together with over current, over voltage.
