This product is a high-precision, 50/60Hz IEC 62053-21 standard-compliant three-phase energy metering IC with high accuracy, multiple wiring options, multiple output functions, and built-in driver circuits and high anti-interference capabilities.

The ADE7752/ADE7752A is a high accuracy polyphase electrical energy measurement IC. It supports 50Hz/60Hz IEC62053-2x standard. The dynamic range is 500 to 1. It can be compatible with 3-phase/3-wire delta and 3-phase/4-wire Wye configurations. ADE77521 supplies average real power on frequency outputs F1 and F2. High frequency output CF is intended for calibration and supplies instantaneous real power. Logic output REVP indicates a potential miswiring or negative power for each phase. It can be directly driven by electromechanical counters and 2-phase stepper motors (F1 and F2). Proprietary ADCs and DSP provide high accuracy over large variations in environmental conditions and time. On-chip power supply monitoring and creep protection are also included. The reference voltage is 2.4V ±8%(20 ppm/°C typical) with external overdrive capability. It is powered by a single 5V supply. The power consumption is low (60 mW typical: ADE7752 30 mW typical: ADE7752A). It is fabricated using a low cost CMOS process.

The AD7858/AD7858L are high-speed, low-power, 12-bit ADCs that operate from a single 3 V or 5 V power supply, the AD7858 being optimized for speed and the AD7858L for low power. They provide 8 single-ended or 4 pseudo-differential inputs, support 200 kSPS or 100 kSPS conversion rates, and feature an expandable serial interface. The AD876 is a CMOS, 160mW, 10-bit, 20MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The AD876 has an on-chip input sample-and-hold amplifier. By implementing a multistage pipeline architecture with output error correction logic, the AD876 offers accurate performance and guarantees no missing codes over the full operating temperature range. Force and sense connections to the reference inputs minimize external voltage drops. The AD876 can be placed into a standby mode of operation reducing the power below 50 mW. The AD876's digital I/O interfaces to either +5 V or +3.3 V logic. Digital output pins can be placed in a high impedance state; the format of the output is determined by the A/D converter's control byte.

AD7896 is a fast, 12-bit ADC operating from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and is housed in small 8-lead PDIP and 8-lead SOIC packages.

AD7716 is a LC2MOS 22-bit data acquisition system from AD company. It can process four channels with a bandwidth of up to 584 Hz. The resolution is 22 bits and the dynamic range is 111 dB (bandwidth 36.5 Hz) to 99 dB (bandwidth 584 Hz). The chip includes four independent A/D converter channels implemented using Sigma-Delta technology. Internal digital filtering simplifies system filtering requirements.

AD7892 is a high speed, low power, 12-bit A/D converter that operates from a single +5 V supply. The part contains a 1.47 µs successive approximation ADC, an on-chip track/hold amplifier, an internal +2.5 V reference and on-chip versatile interface structures that allow both serial and parallel conn- ection to a microprocessor. The part accepts an analog input signal and converts it to a digital value.
