The underground part includes a data center server group, a heat dissipation part, a self-control feedback system, and a lifting device. The green distributed data center proposed by the invention has the following advantages: the power supply part has low cost and high stability; the heat dissipation part using wind energy and soil has the characteristics of green environmental protection, low cost and very high heat dissipation effect; the self-control feedback system has high efficiency in real-time monitoring and processing of data; the multifunctional suite can meet the needs of the vast majority of fields and has good scalability. Finally, the power utilization efficiency of the green data center can reach 1.03.
