This document describes the features and characteristics of the TPCP8507 high-speed switching transistor produced by Toshiba. The transistor has a high DC current gain, low saturation voltage, and fast switching time. The document also provides the absolute maximum ratings and usage conditions for the product.

TPD4131K is a high-voltage PWM DC brushless motor driver. It is an integrated circuit with a high-side drive circuit, a low-side drive circuit, a PWM circuit, a three-phase distribution circuit, a level shift high-side driver, overcurrent protection, over-temperature protection, undervoltage protection, and FRD. It is driven by Hall sensor/Hall IC and microcontroller to directly drive DC brushless motor to achieve variable speed.

CUS04 is a Schottky diode produced by Toshiba. It is suitable for the secondary side rectifier of switch power supply and the battery reverse protection of mobile phones. The maximum peak reverse voltage is 60V and the average forward current is 0.7A. The compact shape is suitable for high-density installation.

CMS14 is a Schottky diode from Toshiba. It is suitable for high-frequency rectification of switching power supplies and DC/DC converters. Its features are a forward voltage of 0.58V, an average forward current of 2.0A, a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V, and a small housing suitable for high-density mounting.
