LP2980 is a 50mA micropower low dropout regulator designed by TI. Using the optimized VIP (Vertically Integrated PNP) process, the LP2980 delivers unequaled performance in all key power design specifications.

The LMV232 dual RF detector is designed for RF transmit power measurement in mobile phones. This dual mean square IC is especially suited for accurate power measurement of RF signals exhibiting high peak-to-average ratios used in 3G and UMTS/CDMA applications. The LMV232 saves calibration steps and system certification and is highly accurate. The circuit operates with a single supply from 2.5 to 3.3V. The LMV232 contains a mean square detector with two sequentially selectable RF inputs. The RF input power range of the device has been optimized for use with a 20 dB directional coupler, without the need for additional external components. A single external RC combination between FB and OUT provides an externally configurable gain and LF filter bandwidth of the device. The device has two digital interfaces. A shutdown function is available to set the device in a low-power shutdown mode. In case SD = HIGH, the device is in shutdown, if SD = LOW the device is active. The Band-Select function controls the selection of the active RF input channel. In case BS = HIGH, RFIN1 is active. In case BS = LOW, RFIN2 is active. The dual mean square detector is offered in an 8-bump micro SMD 1.5 x 1.5 x 0.6 mm package. This micro SMD package has the smallest footprint and height.

LM6211 is a wide bandwidth, low noise op amp with a wide supply voltage range and a low input bias current. The device operates with a single supply voltage of 5V to 24V, is unity gain stable, has a ground-sensing CMOS input stage, and offers rail-to-rail output swing. The LM6211 is designed to provide optimal performance in high voltage, low noise systems. The device has a unity gain bandwidth of 20 MHz and an input referred voltage noise density of 5.5 nV/A, frequency 10 kHz. LM6211 achieves these specifications with a low supply current of only 1 mA. LM6211 has a low input bias current of 2.3 pA, an output short circuit current of 25 mA and a slew rate of 5.6 V/μs. LM6211 also features a low common-mode input capacitance of 5.5 pF which makes it ideal for use in wide bandwidth and high gain circuits. LM6211 is well suited for low noise applications that require an op amp with very low input bias currents and a large output voltage swing, like active loop-filters for wide-band PLLs. A low total harmonic distortion, 0.01% at 1 kHz with loads as high as 600 Ω, also makes the LM6211 ideal for high fidelity audio and microphone amplifiers. The LM6211 is available in the small SOT package, allowing the user to implement ultra-small and cost effective board layouts.

The CLC5665 is a low-cost, wideband amplifier that provides very low 2nd and 3rd harmonic distortion at 1MHz (-89/-92dBc). Like all current feedback op amps, the CLC5665 allows the frequency response to be optimized (or adjusted) by the selection of the feedback resistor. The LP3985 is a micropower, 150mA low-noise ultra low-dropout CMOS voltage regulator that is designed for portable and wireless applications with demanding performance and space requirements. It has extremely low noise, extremely low dropout voltage and low quiescent current, making it ideal for battery powered systems. The LP3985 is stable with a small 1µF ±30% ceramic or high-quality tantalum output capacitor. The micro SMD size is extremely small, requiring the smallest possible PC board area. The total application circuit area can be less than 2.0mm x 2.5mm, which is only a fraction of a 1206 case size. An optional external bypass capacitor can be used to reduce output noise without slowing down the load transient response. Fast start-up time is achieved by using an internal power-on circuit that actively pre-charges the bypass capacitor. Power supply rejection is better than 50 dB at low frequencies and starts to roll off at 1kHz. High power supply rejection is maintained down to low input voltage levels common to battery operated circuits. The device is ideal for mobile phone and similar battery powered wireless applications. It provides up to 150 mA, from a 2.5V to 6V input. The LP3985 consumes less than 1.5µA in disable mode and has fast turn-on time less than 200µs. The LP3985 is available in a 5 bump small bump micro SMD, a 5 bump large bump micro SMD, and a 5 bump thin micro SMD package.

The LP3961/LP3964 series of fast ultra low-dropout linear regulators operate from a +2.5V to +7.0V input supply. Wide range of preset output voltage options are available. These ultra low dropout linear regulators respond very fast to step changes in load which makes them suitable for low voltage microprocessor applications. The LP3961/LP3964 are de- veloped on a CMOS process which allows low quiescent current operation independent of output load current. This CMOS process also allows the LP3961/LP3964 to operate under extremely low dropout conditions.
