The LM1085 is a series of 3A low dropout positive voltage regulators with a maximum dropout of 1.5V at 3A of load current. It has the same pin-out as National Semiconductor's industry standard LM317. The LM1085 is available in an adjustable version, which can set the output voltage with only two external resistors. It is also available in three fixed voltages: 3.3V, 5.0V and 12.0V. The fixed versions integrate the adjust resistors. The LM1085 circuit includes a zener trimmed bandgap ref- erence, current limiting and thermal shutdown. The LM1085 series is available in TO-220 and TO-263 pack- ages. Refer to the LM1084 for the 5A version, and the LM1086 for the 1.5A version.

The ADC121S051 is a low-power, single channel CMOS 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a high-speed serial interface. It has a sample rate range of 200 ksps to 500 ksps. The converter is based on a successive-approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. The output serial data is straight binary and is compatible with several standards, such as SPI™, QSPI™, MICROWIRE, and many common DSP serial interfaces. The ADC121S051 operates with a single supply that can range from +2.7V to +5.25V. Normal power consumption using a +3.6V or +5.25V supply is 1.7 mW and 8.7 mW, respectively. The power-down feature reduces the power consumption to as low as 2.6 µW using a +5.25V supply. The ADC121S051 is packaged in 6-lead LLP and SOT-23 packages. Operation over the industrial temperature range of −40˚C to +85˚C is guaranteed.

The LMH6515 is a high performance, digitally controlled variable gain amplifier (DVGA) that combines precision gain control with a low noise, ultra-linear, differential amplifier. It is typically used to drive a high performance ADC in a wide range of mixed signal and digital communication applications, such as mobile radio and cellular base stations, where automatic gain control (AGC) is required to increase system dynamic range. When used in conjunction with a high speed ADC, the system dynamic range can be extended by up to 32 dB. The LMH6515 has a differential input and output, allowing for large signal swings on a single 5V supply. It is designed to accept signals from RF elements and maintain a terminated impedance environment. The input impedance is 200Ω resistive. The output impedance can be selected as either 200Ω or 400Ω. A unique internal architecture allows for use with both single ended and differential input signals. The input signals to the LMH6515 are scaled by a highly linear, digitally controlled attenuator with 31 accurate 1 dB steps. The attenuator output provides the input signal for a high gain, ultra-linear differential transconductor. The transconductor's differential output current can be converted into a voltage by using the on-chip 200Ω or 400Ω loads. The transconductance gain is 0.1 Amp/Volt, resulting in a maximum voltage gain of +26 dB when driving a 200Ω load.

The LM27241 is a single-channel high-voltage synchronous buck regulator controller from Texas Instruments. It features a 200kHz-500kHz operating frequency and is ideal for battery-powered applications such as laptops. The LM27241 uses N-channel field-effect transistors and does not require an external resistor for current limiting. It also features line feedforward and a unique adaptive duty cycle clamping technique to improve the response to input transients. The input voltage range is 5.5V-28V, and the output voltage can be adjusted down to 0.6V. The LM27241 also has soft-start, undervoltage lockout, power good signal, and enable control functions.

The ADC104S101 is a low-power, four-channel CMOS 10-bit analog-to-digital converter with a high-speed serial interface. It is specified over a sample rate range of 500 kSPS to 1 MSPS and supports multiple serial interface standards. The converter is based on a successive-approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. It can be configured to accept up to four input signals. The ADC104S101 operates with a single supply voltage ranging from +2.7V to +5.25V. The power consumption varies depending on the supply voltage, with a minimum of 0.12 µW. This product is suitable for portable systems and other applications.

The LP2994 regulator is designed to provide a linear solution to meet the JEDEC SSTL-2 and SSTL-3 specifications (Se- ries Stub Termination Logic) for active termination of DDR- SDRAM. The device utilizes an internal operational amplifier to provide linear regulation of VTT without the need for expensive external components. The output stage prevents shoot through while delivering 1.5A continuous current and maintaining excellent load regulation. The LP2994 also in- corporates an active low shutdown pin to tri-state the output during Suspend To Ram (STR) states. The LM32 is a digital temperature sensor from National Semiconductor that measures 3 temperature zones and has a single-wire interface compatible with National Semiconductor's SensorPath bus. Sensor-Path data is pulse width encoded, thereby allowing the LM32 to be easily connected to many general purpose micro-controllers. Several National Semiconductor Super I/O prod- ucts include a fully integrated SensorPath master, that when connected to an LM32 can realize a hardware monitor func- tion that includes limit checking for measured values, au- tonomous fan speed control and many other functions. The LM32 measures the temperature of its own die as well as two external devices such as a processor thermal diode or a diode connected transistor. The LM32 can resolve tem- peratures up to 255˚C and down to -256˚C. The operating temperature range of the LM32 is 0˚C to +125˚C. The ad- dress programming pin allows two LM32s to be placed on one SensorPath bus.
