The ABT244 is an octal buffer and line driver with TRI-STATE outputs designed to be employed as a memory and address driver, clock driver or bus-oriented transmitter/receiver.

LM3310 is a step-up DC/DC converter integrated with an Operational Amplifier and a gate pulse modulation switch from National Semiconductor. It features a low RDSON internal switch for maximum efficiency, adjustable output voltage, operating frequency between 660kHz and 1.28MHz, and soft-start function. It is suitable for TFT bias supplies and portable applications.

The LM2766 is a CMOS charge-pump voltage converter that doubles the input voltage in the range of +1.8V to +5.5V. This circuit uses two low-cost capacitors and a diode to provide up to 20mA of output current. The LM2766 operates at a switching frequency of 200kHz to reduce output resistance and voltage ripple. With an operating current of only 350µA (operating efficiency greater than 90% with most loads) and 0.1µA typical shutdown current, the LM2766 provides ideal performance for battery-powered systems. The device is manufactured in a SOT-23-6 package.

The LM1086 is a series of low dropout positive voltage regulators with a maximum dropout of 1.5V at 1.5A of load current. It has the same pin-out as National Semiconductor’s industry standard LM317. The LM1086 is available in an adjustable version, which can set the output voltage with only two external resistors. It is also available in six fixed voltages: 1.8V, 2.5V, 2.85V, 3.3V, 3.45V and 5.0V. The fixed versions integrate the adjust resistors. The LM1086 circuit includes a zener trimmed bandgap ref- erence, current limiting and thermal shutdown.

The SCAN182245A is a high performance BiCMOS bidirectional line driver featuring separate data inputs organized into dual 9-bit bytes with byte-oriented output enable and direction control signals.

The ADC12D040 is a low power monolithic CMOS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from TI that can convert two analog input signals simultaneously with a maximum sampling rate of 40MSPS and an output accuracy of 10.9 effective bits.

The 54FCT533 is an octal transparent latch with TRI-STATE outputs, designed for bus organized system applications. The flip-flops act transparently to the data when Latch Enable (LE) is HIGH. When LE is low, the data satisfying the input timing requirements is latched. Data appears on the bus when the Output Enable (OE) is LOW. When OE is HIGH, the bus output is in the high impedance state.

The LP38690/2-ADJ low dropout CMOS linear regulators provide 2.5% precision reference voltage, extremely low dropout voltage (450mV @ 1A load current, VOUT = 5V) and excellent AC performance utilizing ultra low ESR ceramic output capacitors.
