The LMC6001 is a low-power, ultra-low input current operational amplifier from National Semiconductor. Its input current is 25 fA, and its input current noise is 0.13 fA/√Hz. It is suitable for electrometer applications such as long interval integrators, ultra-high input impedance instrumentation amplifiers, and sensitive electrical-field measurement circuits.

The product is an audio codec that can provide 18-bit Sigma-Delta ADCs and DACs, providing 90dB of dynamic range. The product is designed specifically for PC audio systems, with full duplex stereo ADCs and DACs and analog mixers that can access 4 stereo and 4 mono inputs. Each mixer input has separate gain, attenuation and mute control, and the mixers drive 1 mono and 2 stereo outputs, each with attenuation and mute control. The product has the ability to connect multiple codecs together in a system to provide up to 6 equivalent stereo audio channels.

The ADC124S021 is a low-power, four-channel CMOS 12-bit analog-to-digital converter with a high-speed serial interface. Unlike the conventional practice of specifying performance at a single sample rate only, the ADC124S021 is fully speci- fied over a sample rate range of 50 kSPS to 200 kSPS. The converter is based on a successive-approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. It can be configured to accept up to four input signals at inputs IN1 through IN4. The output serial data is straight binary, and is compatible with several standards, such as SPI™, QSPI™, MICROW- IRE, and many common DSP serial interfaces. The ADC124S021 operates with a single supply that can range from +2.7V to +5.25V. Normal power consumption using a +3V or +5V supply is 2.2 mW and 7.9 mW, respec- tively. The power-down feature reduces the power consump- tion to just 0.14 µW using a +3V supply, or 0.32 µW using a +5V supply. The ADC124S021 is packaged in a 10-lead MSOP package. Operation over the industrial temperature range of −40˚C to +85˚C is guaranteed.

The ADC081S051 is a low-power, single channel CMOS 8-bit analog-to-digital converter with a high-speed serial interface. It is fully specified over a sample rate range of 200 ksps to 500 ksps and is based on a successive-approximation register architecture with an internal track-and-hold circuit. The output serial data is straight binary and compatible with several standards. The ADC081S051 operates with a single supply ranging from +2.7V to +5.25V. Power consumption ranges from 1.6 mW to 8.5 mW depending on the supply voltage. The power-down feature reduces power consumption to as low as 2.6 µW. The ADC081S051 is available in 6-lead LLP and SOT-23 packages and is suitable for operation over the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

The DAC108S085 is a full-featured, general purpose OCTAL 10-bit voltage-output digital-to-analog converter (DAC) that can operate from a single +2.7V to +5.5V supply and consumes 1.95 mW at 3V and 4.85 mW at 5V. The DAC108S085 is packaged in a 16-lead LLP package and a 16-lead TSSOP package. The LLP package makes the DAC108S085 the smallest OCTAL DAC in its class. The on-chip output amplifiers allow rail-to-rail output swing and the three wire serial interface operates at clock rates up to 40 MHz over the entire supply voltage range. Competitive devices are limited to 25 MHz clock rates at supply voltages in the 2.7V to 3.6V range. The serial interface is compatible with standard SPI™, QSPI, MICROWIRE and DSP interfaces. The DAC108S085 also offers daisy chain operation where an unlimited number of DAC108S085s can be updated simultaneously using a single serial interface. There are two references for the DAC108S085. One reference input serves channels A through D while the other reference serves channels E through H. Each reference can be set independently between 0.5V and VA, providing the widest possible output dynamic range. The DAC108S085 has a 16-bit input shift register that controls the mode of operation, the power-down condition, and the DAC channels' register/output value. All eight DAC outputs can be updated simultaneously or individually.

The DAC128S085 is a 12-bit micro power octal digital-to-analog converter with rail-to-rail outputs, which can operate from a single +2.7V to +5.5V supply and consumes only 1.95 mW of power.

The LM7221 is a micropower CMOS comparator available in the space saving 5-Pin SOT23 package. This makes this comparator ideal for space and weight critical designs. The LMC7221 is also available in the 8-Pin SOIC package. The LMC7221 is supplied in two offset voltage grades, 5 mV and 15 mV. The open drain output can be pulled up with a resistor to a voltage which can be higher or lower than the supply voltage—this makes the part useful for mixed voltage sys- tems.
