INTERSIL HIP2101 Manual
The HIP2101 is a high frequency, 100V Half Bridge N-Channel power MOSFET driver IC from Intersil. It is equivalent to the HIP2100 with the added advantage of full TTL/CMOS compatible logic input pins. The low-side and high-side gate drivers are independently controlled and matched to 13ns. This gives users total control over dead-time for specific power circuit topologies. Undervoltage protection on both the low-side and high-side supplies force the outputs low. An on-chip diode eliminates the discrete diode required with other driver ICs. A new level-shifter topology yields the low- power benefits of pulsed operation with the safety of DC operation. Unlike some competitors, the high-side output returns to its correct state after a momentary undervoltage of the high-side supply.

intersil CA3130 CA3130A Manual(1)
The CA3130 and CA3130A are op amps that combine the advantage of both CMOS and bipolar transistors. Gate-protected P-Channel MOSFET (PMOS) transistors are used in the input circuit to provide very-high-input impedance, very-low-input current, and exceptional speed performance. The use of PMOS transistors in the input stage results in common-mode input-voltage capability down to 0.5V below the negative-supply terminal, an important attribute in single-supply applications. A CMOS transistor-pair, capable of swinging the output voltage to within 10mV of either supply-voltage terminal (at very high values of load impedance), is employed as the output circuit. The CA3130 Series circuits operate at supply voltages ranging from 5V to 16V, (±2.5V to ±8V). They can be phase compensated with a single external capacitor, and have terminals for adjustment of offset voltage for applications requiring offset-null capability. Terminal provisions are also made to permit strobing of the output stage. • The CA3130A offers superior input characteristics over those of the CA3130.
INTERSIL ISL55002 Manual
ISL55002 is a high speed, low power, low cost monolithic operational amplifier from Intersil. The device features a 300V/µs slew rate and 200MHz bandwidth while requiring only 8.5mA of supply current per amplifier. The operating supply range of the ISL55002 is from ±15V down to ±2.5V. For single-supply operation, the ISL55002 operates from 30V down to 5V. The ISL55002 also features an extremely wide output voltage swing of -12.75V/+13.4V with VS = ±15V and RL = 1kΩ. At a gain of +1, the ISL55002 has a -3dB bandwidth of 200MHz with a phase margin of 55°. Because of its conventional voltage-feedback topology, the ISL55002 allow the use of reactive or non-linear elements in its feedback network. This versatility combined with low cost and 140mA of output-current drive makes the ISL55002 an ideal choice for price-sensitive applications requiring low power and high speed. The ISL55002 is available in an 8 Ld SO package and is specified for operation over the full -40°C to +85°C temperature range.

INTERSIL -ISL9203R5220 handbook
ISL9203R5220 is an integrated single-cell Li-ion or Li-polymer battery charger capable of operating with an input voltage as low as 2.4V. This charger is designed to work with various types of AC adapters. When the AC adapter is a voltage source, the ISL9203R5220 operates as a linear charger. The battery is charged in a CC/CV (constant current/constant voltage) profile. The charge current is programmable with an external resistor up to 1.5A. The ISL9203R5220 can also work with a current- limited adapter to minimize the thermal dissipation, in which case the ISL9203R5220 combines the benefits of both a linear charger and a pulse charger. The ISL9203R5220 features charge current thermal foldback to guarantee safe operation when the printed circuit board is space limited for thermal dissipation. Additional features include preconditioning of an over-discharged battery and thermally enhanced DFN package.

INTERSIL DG411 DG412 DG413 Manual
The DG411 series is a monolithic CMOS analog switch with four independent single pole throw (SPST) analog switches and TTL and CMOS compatible digital inputs. These switches feature lower analog ON-resistance (<35Ω) and faster switch time (tON<175ns) compared to the DG211 or DG212. Charge injection has been reduced, simplifying sample and hold applications. The improvements in the DG411 series are made possible by using a high voltage silicon-gate process. An epitaxial layer prevents the latch-up associated with older CMOS technologies. The 44V maximum voltage range permits controlling 40VP-P signals. Power supplies may be single-ended from +5V to 44V, or split from ±5V to ±20V. The four switches are bilateral, equally matched for AC or bidirectional signals. The ON-resistance variation with analog signals is quite low over a ±15V analog input range. The switches in the DG411 and DG412 are identical, differing only in the polarity of the selection logic. Two of the switches in the DG413 (#2 and #3) use the logic of the DG211 and DG411 (i.e., a logic “0” turns the switch ON) and the other two switches use DG212 and DG412 positive logic. This permits independent control of turn-on and turn-off times for SPDT configurations, permitting “break-before-make” or “make-before-break” operation with a minimum of external logic.
INTERSIL ISL8106Manual
ISL8106 is a single-phase synchronous buck PWM controller from Intersil with an input voltage range of +7.0V to +25.0V. It features Intersil's Robust Ripple Regulator (R3) technology, which delivers exceptional dynamic response to input voltage and output load transients. Integrated MOSFET drivers, 5V LDO, and bootstrap diode result in fewer components and smaller implementation area for power supply systems. The ISL8106 features a 1.5ms digital soft-start and can be started into a pre-biased output voltage. A resistor divider is used to program the output voltage setpoint. The ISL8106 can be configured to operate in forced-continuous- conduction-mode (FCCM) or in diode-emulation-mode (DEM), which improves light-load efficiency. In FCCM the controller always operates as a synchronous rectifier, switching the bottom-side MOSFET regardless of the output load. With DEM enabled, the bottom-side MOSFET is disabled preventing negative current flow from the output inductor during low load operation. This makes the ISL8106 an excellent choice for all “green” applications. An audio filter prevents the PWM switching frequency from entering the audible spectrum due to extremely light load while in DEM. A PGOOD pin featuring a unique fault-identification capability significantly reduces system trouble-shooting time and effort. The pull-down resistance of the PGOOD pin is 30Ω for an overcurrent fault, 60Ω for OVP fault.
INTERSIL ISL28274 ISL28474 handbook
The ISL28274 is a combination of a micropower instrumentation amplifier (Amp A) with a low power precision amplifier (Amp B) in a single package. The ISL28474 consists of two micropower instrumentation amplifiers (Amp A) and two low power precision amplifiers (Amp B) in a single package. The amplifiers are optimized for operation at 2.4V to 5V single supplies. Inputs and outputs can operate rail-to-rail. As with all instrumentation amplifiers, a pair of inputs provide a high common-mode rejection and are completely independent from a pair of feedback terminals. The feedback terminals allow zero input to be translated to any output offset, including ground. A feedback divider controls the overall gain of the amplifier. The additional precision amplifier can be used to generate higher gain, with smaller feedback resistors or used to generate a reference voltage. The instrumentation amp (Amp A) is compensated for a gain of 100 or more and the precision amp (Amp B) is unity gain stable.
