LP111, LP211 and LP311 are low-power versions of the industry standard LM111, LM211, LM311. They take advantage of stable, high-value, ion-implanted resistors to perform the same function as the LM311 series, with a 30:1 reduction in power consumption but only a 6:1 slowdown in response time. They are well suited for battery-powered applications and all other applications where fast response times are not needed. They operate over a wide range of supply voltages, from ±18V down to a single 3-V supply with less than 300-µA current drain, but are still capable of driving a 25-mA load. If ordinary precautions are taken to minimize stray coupling from the output to either input or to the trim pins, the LP111, LP211, and LP311 are quite easy to apply free of oscillation. The LP111 is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range, from −55°C to +125°C, and is guaranteed to operate within specifications in this temperature range.

The TLC04/MF4A-50 and TLC14/MF4A-100 are monolithic Butterworth low-pass switched-capacitor filters. Each is designed as a low-cost, easy-to-use device providing accurate fourth-order low-pass filter functions in circuit design configurations. Each filter features cutoff frequency stability that is dependent only on the external-clock frequency stability. The cutoff frequency is clock tunable and has a clock-to-cutoff frequency ratio of 50:1 with less than ±0. 8% error for the TLC04/MF4A-50 and a clock-to-cutoff frequency ratio of 100:1 with less than ±1% error for the TLC14/MF4A-100. The input clock features self-clocking or TTL- or CMOS-compatible options in conjunction with the level shift (LS) terminal.
