MCP6021/2/3/4 are operational amplifiers (op amps) introduced by Microchip Technology Inc. They have features such as rail-to-rail input/output, wide bandwidth, low noise, and low offset voltage.

The MCP3004/3008 devices are successive approximation 10-bit Analog-to-Digital (A/D) converters with on-board sample and hold circuitry. The MCP3004 is programmable to provide two pseudo-differential input pairs or four single-ended inputs. The MCP3008 is programmable to provide four pseudo-differential input pairs or eight single-ended inputs. Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) and Integral Nonlinearity (INL) are specified at ±1 LSB. This document introduces TC4420/TC4429 6A (peak) single-output MOSFET drivers. These drivers are fabricated in CMOS for lower power and more efficient operation versus bipolar drivers. Both devices have TTL/CMOS compatible inputs that can be driven as high as VDD + 0.3V or as low as –5V without upset or damage to the device. This eliminates the need for external level-shifting circuitry and its associated cost and size. The output swing is rail-to-rail, ensuring better drive voltage margin, especially during power-up/power-down sequencing. Propagational delay time is only 55 ns (typ.) and the output impedance is 2.5 Ω.

24AA128/24LC128/24FC128 is a 16K x 8 (128K bit) Serial Electrically Erasable PROM from Microchip Technology Inc., capable of operation across a broad voltage range (1.8V to 5.5V). It has been developed for advanced, low power applications such as personal communications or data acquisition. The device also has a page-write capability of up to 64 bytes of data. This device is capable of both random and sequential reads up to the 128K boundary. Functional address lines allow up to eight devices on the same bus, for up to 1M bit address space. The device is available in the standard 8-pin plastic DIP, 8-pin SOIC (150 and 208 mil), and 14-pin TSSOP packages.
