This document is a data sheet for the PIC16F87X series microcontrollers from Microchip Technology Inc. The series includes 28/40-pin 8-bit CMOS FLASH microcontrollers with high performance and low power consumption.
This document describes the features and characteristics of various devices including PIC16F83, PIC16F84, PIC16CR83, PIC16CR84, such as high-performance RISC CPU, Flash program memory, EEPROM data memory, and peripheral features.
The MCP9800/1/2/3 family of digital temperature sensors from Microchip Technology Inc. converts temperatures between -55°C and +125°C to a digital word. They provide an accuracy of ±1°C (max.) from -10°C to +85°C. The MCP9800/1/2/3 family comes with user-programmable registers that provide flexibility for temperature sensing applications. The register settings allow user-selectable 9-bit to 12-bit temperature measurement resolution, configuration of power-saving modes, and specification of temperature alert output and hysteresis limits.
93AA46/56/66 series are 1K, 2K and 4K low voltage serial electrically erasable programmable read only memories. The device memory is configured as x8 or x16 bits depending on the ORG pin setup. Advanced CMOS technology makes these devices ideal for low power non-volatile memory applications. 93AA Series is available in standard 8-pin DIP and surface mount SOIC packages.
This document describes the PIC18F6585/8585/6680/8680 series of high-performance, 64/68/80-pin, 64KB enhanced flash microcontrollers with ECAN module, developed by Microchip Technology Inc.
