MCP3302/04 13-bit A/D converters feature full differential inputs and low power consumption in a small package that is ideal for battery powered systems and remote data acquisition applications. The MCP3302 is programmable to provide two differential input pairs or four single ended inputs. The MCP3304 is programmable and provides four differential input pairs or eight single ended inputs. Incorporating a successive approximation architecture with on-board sample and hold circuitry, these 13-bit A/D converters are specified to have ±1 LSB Differential Nonlinearity (DNL); ±1 LSB Integral Nonlinearity (INL) for B-grade and ±2 LSB for C-grade devices. The industry-standard SPI™ serial interface enables 13-bit A/D converter capability at up to 100 ksps sampling rate.
24AA16 is a 1.8 volt 16K bit Electrically Erasable PROM from Microchip Technology Inc. The device is organized as eight blocks of 256 x 8-bit memory with a 2-wire serial interface. Low voltage design permits operation down to 1.8 volts with standby and active currents of only 3 µ A and 1 mA, respectively. The 24AA16 also has a page-write capability for up to 16 bytes of data. The 24AA16 is available in the standard 8-pin DIP and both 8-lead and 14-lead surface mount SOIC packages.

This file introduces the features of TC650/TC651, including integrated temperature sensor and multi-speed fan control, built-in over temperature alert(TOVER), temperature proportional fan speed control, pulse width modulation output drive, solid-state temperature sensing, ±1°C(typical) accuracy etc.
TC4626/TC4627 are single CMOS high speed drivers with an on-board voltage boost circuit. These parts work with an input supply voltage from 4 to 6 volts. The internal voltage booster will produce a VBOOST potential up to 12 volts above VIN. This VBOOST is not regulated, so its voltage is dependent on the input VDD voltage and output drive loading requirements. An internal undervoltage lockout circuit keeps the output in a low state when VBOOST drops below 7.8 volts. Output is enabled when VBOOST is above 11.3 volts.
The TC1413/TC1413N are 3A CMOS buffer/drivers with a wide operating range of 4.5V to 16V and can withstand up to 5V of negative input. They also have a short delay time of 35nsec.
This document describes the programming specifications for PIC18F2XX0/2X21/2XX5/4XX0/4X21/4XX5 devices, including the hardware requirements, pin diagrams, and programming timing requirements.
