The FSQ100 is a green mode power switch from Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. It features a precise fixed operating frequency, burst-mode operation, internal startup circuit, pulse-by-pulse current limiting, over-voltage protection, overload protection, internal thermal shutdown function, auto-restart mode, under-voltage lockout with hysteresis, built-in soft-start, and secondary-side regulation. This product is widely used in mobile phone, PDA, MP3 charger and adapter, and auxiliary power for white goods, PC, C-TV, monitor.

The FSQ211 is a green mode Fairchild power switch with features including internal avalanche-rugged SenseFET, precision fixed operating frequency, burst-mode operation, internal start-up circuit, pulse-by-pulse current limiting, overload protection, internal thermal shutdown function, auto-restart mode, under-voltage lockout with hysteresis, built-in soft-start, and secondary-side regulation. It is suitable for applications such as chargers and adapters for mobile phones, PDAs, and MP3 players, as well as auxiliary power for white goods, PCs, CRT TVs, and monitors.

The FSQ500L is a new power switch from Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. It integrates a current-mode pulse width modulator (PWM) and a senseFET, which can be used in linear power supplies to replace traditional resistors and diodes, thereby improving power efficiency and reducing costs.

FSQ500N is a single-chip 700V SenseFET power switch from Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation, which features a precise fixed operating frequency, low power consumption, soft-start, under-voltage lockout, overload protection, etc. It is suitable for STB, DSL, home appliances and other applications.
