H11AA1M, H11AA2M, H11AA3M, H11AA4M are AC input/phototransistor optocouplers with bipolar emitter input and built-in reverse polarity input protection. They are suitable for applications such as AC line monitoring, unknown polarity DC sensors, and telephone line interfaces.

The FODM30XX series is a 4-pin full-pitch mini-flat package random-phase triac driver output optocoupler with 2.4 mm maximum standoff height from Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation. It features peak blocking voltage 250V (FODM301X), 400V (FODM302X), 600V (FODM305X), and is pending UL, C-UL and VDE certifications. FOD852 is a 4-pin high operating temperature photodarlington optocoupler. It features a compact 4-pin package, high current transfer ratio of at least 1000%, C-UL, UL, and VDE approval, high input-output isolation voltage of 5000Vrms, and high operating temperature of 100°C.

The FOD8321 is a 2.5A Output Current Gate Drive Optocoupler, capable of driving medium power IGBT/MOSFET. It features reliable high voltage insulation with greater than 8mm creepage and clearance distance, 0.5mm internal insulation distance, and a compact footprint. The FOD8320 is a high noise immunity, 2.5A output current optocoupler. FOD8012 is a full duplex, bi-directional, high-speed logic gate optocoupler that supports isolated communication, allowing digital signals to be transmitted between systems without conducting ground loops. It features high common mode rejection (20kV/µs), high speed performance, 3.3V and 5V CMOS compatibility, extended industrial temperature range, etc.
