The MOC306X-M and MOC316X-M devices consist of a GaAs infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon detector performing the function of a zero voltage crossing bilateral triac driver. They are designed for use with a triac in the interface of logic systems to equipment powered from 115/240 VAC lines, such as solid-state relays, industrial controls, motors, solenoids and consumer appliances, etc.
The NC7SZ02 is a single 2-Input NOR Gate from Fairchild’s Ultra High Speed Series of TinyLogic. The device is fabricated with advanced CMOS technology to achieve ultra high speed with high output drive while maintaining low static power dissipation over a very broad VCC operating range. The device is specified to operate over the 1.8V to 5.5V VCC range. The inputs and output are high impedance when VCC is 0V. Inputs tolerate voltages up to 6V independent of VCC operating voltage.
This product is a N-channel enhancement mode power field effect transistor produced using Fairchild's proprietary, high cell density, DMOS technology. It has low on-state resistance, superior switching performance and high energy pulse endurance. This product is particularly suited for low voltage applications such as automotive, DC/DC converters, PWM motor controls and other battery powered circuits where fast switching, low in-line power loss and resistance to transients are needed.
NM93CS56 is a 2048-bit CMOS non-volatile EEPROM organized as a 128 x 16-bit array. It features a MICROWIRE interface, which is a 4-wire serial bus with chipselect (CS), clock (SK), data input (DI), and data output (DO) signals. The interface is compatible with many standard microcontrollers and microprocessors. NM93CS56 offers programmable write protection to the memory array using a special register called Protect Register. Selected memory locations can be protected against write by programming this Protect Register with the address of the first memory location to be protected. Additionally, this address can be permanently locked into the device, preventing any future attempts to change data. The device also supports sequential read, allowing the entire memory to be read in one cycle instead of multiple single byte read cycles. There are 10 instructions implemented on the NM93CS56, 5 for memory operations and 5 for Protect Register operations. This device is fabricated using Fairchild Semiconductor floating-gate CMOS technology.
The RC1584 and RC1584-1.5 are low dropout three-terminal regulators with 7A output current capability. These devices have been optimized for low voltage applications including VTT bus termination, where transient response and minimum input voltage are critical. The RC1584 is ideal for low voltage microprocessor applications requiring a regulated output from 1.5V to 3.6V with an input supply of 5V or less. The RC1584-1.5 offers fixed 1.5V with 7A current capability for GTL+ bus VTT termination. Current limit is trimmed to ensure specified output current and controlled short-circuit current. On-chip thermal limiting provides protection against any combination of overload and ambient temperature that would create excessive junction temperatures. The RC1584 and RC1584-1.5 are available in the industry-standard TO-220, TO-263 and TO-263 center cut power packages.
This document is a specification sheet for the QTLP601C series of LEDs. This series of LEDs has small size, low profile and wide viewing angle, making them ideal choices for backlighting applications and panel illumination.
