AD5204/AD5206 is a 4/6-channel digital potentiometer with 256-bit programmable positions, which can be used to replace mechanical potentiometers.

The AD5203 is a quad channel, 64-position digitally-controlled variable resistor (VR) device from Analog Devices. It can replace four traditional potentiometers and has power shutdown, 3-Wire SPI-Compatible Serial Data Input, 10MHz update data loading rate, +2.7V to +5.5V single supply operation, midscale preset and other features.

The AD5200 and AD5201 are programmable resistor devices that can be digitally controlled through a 3-wire SPI serial interface. These devices perform the same electronic adjustment function as mechanical potentiometers.

Input reference current is buffered, with full- scale output current of 5 mA. The 16-bit parallel digital input bus is TTL/CMOS compatible. Operating from +5 V and –15 V supplies, the DAC16 consumes 190 mW (typ) and is available in a 24-lead epoxy DIP, epoxy surface-mount small outline (SOL), and in die form.

AD5172/AD5173 is a 256-position one-time programmable dual-channel I2C digital potentiometer with various features and characteristics.

The AD5171 is a 64-position, one-time programmable (OTP) digital potentiometer that uses fuse link technology to achieve memory retention of resistance setting function. OTP is a cost-effective alternative over the EEMEM approach for users who do not need to reprogram new memory setting in the digital potentiometer. This device performs the same electronic adjustment function like most mechanical trimmers and variable resistors.

The 256-position Two-Time Programmable I2C Digital Potentiometer AD5170 Rev. A is an integrated miniature potentiometer that uses I2C communications, features 256 positions, double-time programmable, set-and-forget, free adjustment, and low power consumption.

The AD5170 is a 256-position two-time programmable I2C digital potentiometer, which offers four end-to-end resistance selections of 2.5 kΩ, 10 kΩ, 50 kΩ, and 100 kΩ.

The AD5165 is a 256-position digital potentiometer with ultralow standby current, 1.8V logic high voltage, and 2.7-5.5V supply voltage.

The AD5162 is a 2-channel 256-position SPI digital potentiometer with 2.5 kΩ, 10 kΩ, 50 kΩ, and 100 kΩ resistance values. AD515A is a monolithic FET-input operational amplifier with a guaranteed maximum input bias current of 75 fA (AD515AL). The AD515A is a monolithic successor to the industry standard AD515 electrometer, and will replace the AD515 in most applications. The AD515A also delivers laser-trimmed offset voltage, low drift, low noise and low power, a combination of features not previously available in ultralow bias current circuits. All devices are internally compensated, protected against latch-up and are short circuit protected. The AD515A is typically used for sensor and instrumentation measurement, ohmmeter, divider, voltage reference, DC voltage measurement and current sensor applications. The AD515A can be used to measure small currents or voltages from high impedance resistors or capacitors.

The AD5100 is a system management IC with programmable quad voltage monitoring and supervisory functions. It features two high voltage (30V) monitoring inputs and two low voltage (5V) monitoring inputs, with programmable thresholds, delays, and warning functions. Additionally, it includes supervisory functions such as watchdog reset with programmable timeout, failed processor watchdog enabled shutdown, selectable floating watchdog reset function, and manual reset. The IC also has a digital interface and programmability using an I2C compatible interface.
