AD7314 is a low voltage, 10-bit digital temperature sensor in 8-lead MSOP package. It contains a band gap temperature sensor and 10-bit ADC to monitor and digitize the temperature reading to a resolution of 0.25∞C. The AD7314 has a flexible serial interface that allows easy interfacing to most microcontrollers.

AD7414/AD7415 are complete temperature monitoring systems in 6-lead and 5-lead SOT-23 packages. They contain a bandgap reference temperature sensor, a 10-bit A/D converter, an SMBus/I2C-compatible serial interface, and a low-power mode for power management.
