This document provides instructions for using a rat 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) quantitative detection kit. The kit is designed for quantifying the content of 8-hydroxydeoxyguanosine in rat serum, plasma, and other samples.
Rat p-substance (SP) enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay kit user manual, can be used for quantitative measurement of SP content in rat serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant or other relevant biological fluids
E0543r IgM ELISA kit is a quantitative assay for IgM in rat serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant or other relevant liquids. The kit uses a double antibody sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Purified antibodies are coated on microwell plates to form a solid-phase antibody. IgM, biotinylated anti-rat IgM antibody, HRP-labeled affinity reagent are added to the wells coated with single antibodies in sequence, and then thoroughly washed with TMB substrate. TMB is converted to blue by peroxidase catalysis and converted to the final yellow by acid. The color depth is positively correlated with the IgM content in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) is measured at 450nm using an enzyme spectrophotometer and the sample concentration is calculated.
This document introduces the Cat No.ER004 Rat IL-10 ELISA Kit, which is suitable for quantitative detection of IL-10 concentration in rat serum, plasma or cell culture supernatant. The kit uses a sandwich ELISA method with high sensitivity and accuracy.
The Rat IL-10 ELISA kit is used for the in vitro quantitative detection of natural and recombinant IL-10 in rat serum, plasma or cell culture supernatant. The kit uses a double antibody sandwich ELISA method, which is simple to use and has good reproducibility.
