The SD1020S-SD10100S DPAK surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier is rated at 20 to 100 volts and 10 amps. The product has a plastic package, low profile package, built-in strain relief, metal to silicon rectifier majority carrier conduction, low power loss, high efficiency, high current capability, low VF, high surge capacity, and is suitable for low voltage high frequency inverters, free wheeling, and polarity protection applications.
