Leisai CL42D Digital Closed-Loop Stepper Driver User Manual
The Leisai CL42D is a new type of closed-loop stepper driver developed by Leisai Company based on more than ten years of experience in stepper and servo research. It uses the latest dedicated motor control DSP chip and closed-loop control technology to completely overcome the problem of step loss in open-loop stepper motors, significantly improving high-speed performance under light loads and reducing motor heat and vibration.
The manual provides detailed instructions on electrical and mechanical indicators, interface definitions for motor power, encoder signals, and control inputs (PUL, DIR, ENA), as well as RS232 communication. It also explains how to set parameters using dip switches and PC software, including steps per revolution, current limit, and direction settings. This manual is written in Chinese.
