The AH174 is a single-digital-output Hall-effect sensor designed for high temperature operation. It features an on-chip Hall voltage generator for magnetic sensing, an amplifier to amplify the Hall voltage, a comparator to provide switching hysteresis for noise rejection, and an open-collector output pre-driver. The device also includes an internal bandgap regulator for temperature compensated supply voltage and a wide operating supply range.
