The manual provides specifications, wiring, installation and usage instructions for the Sonbest SM2101M PT100 temperature transmitter.
The SM2101M is a PT100 temperature transmitter that uses a 4‑20 mA industrial interface for long‑distance temperature monitoring. It is designed for a variety of industrial environments such as SMT production, electronic equipment, cold storage, warehouses, pharmaceutical GMP systems, and telecom rooms.
The device supports PT100 sensors, offers a measurement range of –30 °C to 80 °C with 1 %FSD accuracy, and can be powered from 12‑24 V. Detailed wiring diagrams, interface descriptions, and installation dimensions are provided to help users connect the transmitter to displays or PLCs. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Temperature measurement range | -30 °C ~ 80 °C |
|---|---|
| Supported sensor | PT100 |
| Measurement accuracy | 1 %FSD |
| Supply voltage | 12‑24 V (recommended) |
| Load resistance | 600 Ω @12 V, 1.2 kΩ @24 V |
| Output interface | 4‑20 mA ±0.5 °C |
| Storage temperature | -40 °C ~ 85 °C |
| Operating environment | -40 °C ~ +85 °C |
| Dimensions | 110 mm × 85 mm × 40 mm |
The transmitter outputs a 4‑20 mA current signal.
Temperature is calculated with the formula TR = (AR‑4) × TA / 16 ‑ 30, where AR is the measured current and TA is the full‑scale temperature range.
A supply voltage between 12 V and 24 V is recommended.
It supports PT100 temperature sensors.
