一斉メッセージ配信は、最大何件まで送信できますか？

全対象回線へ送信する場合は最大5,000件です。対象回線を選択して送信する場合は、最大200件です。

対象回線が圏外や電源OFFの場合、メッセージはどのようになりますか？

対象回線が圏外や電源OFFの場合、一定期間自動的に再送を行いますが、一定期間を経過したものについては、法人コンシェルサイトから改めて、送信して頂くようにお願いします。
