The Hongxing HXFQ-1 manual explains the principle, technical specs, setup, operation, and software for measuring coke reactivity and post‑reaction strength.
The HXFQ-1 instrument is a dedicated system for measuring the reactivity and post‑reaction strength of coke used in blast‑furnace ironmaking. It consists of a high‑temperature reaction furnace, a computer‑controlled system, N₂ and CO₂ gas supply boxes, and a Type‑I drum for strength testing.
The manual covers preparation of coke samples, furnace operation, gas flow control, temperature regulation, data acquisition software installation on Windows, safety precautions, and troubleshooting. It also provides formulas for calculating reactivity (Cr %) and strength (Sar %). This manual is written in Chinese.
