The TE Vickers hardness measurement system is built on the HV-1000 microscope hardness tester and adds image‑processing software, a CCD camera and a PC. It provides automated Vickers hardness measurement with image resolution up to 768 × 576 pixels and a test‑force range of 0.01–1 kgf.

Run the program CG300W32.EXE (installed with the CG300 demo), select the LIVE option, and the driver will be installed.
Execute SoftDogInstdrv.exe and follow the on‑screen prompts to complete the dongle installation.
