Use a pull‑up resistor of 2 kΩ, 0.5 W on the POUT terminal and provide a 24 V DC supply as recommended.
The maximum error is ±0.5 % of the reading for flow speeds ≥1 m/s, and ±0.5 % ± 2 mm/s for flow speeds <1 m/s.
The sensor must be grounded to the measured medium with a resistance less than 10 Ω.
