The Haigene 1000U RNase Free DNase I enzyme degrades DNA while preserving RNA, includes RNase inhibitor and detailed usage instructions.
The RNase Free DNase I enzyme randomly cleaves single‑ or double‑stranded DNA, generating 5′‑phosphate oligonucleotides. Protease is almost completely removed, improving stability at neutral pH, and the formulation contains an RNase inhibitor to protect RNA during extraction.
The leaflet provides component quantities, activity definition, purity data, storage conditions, and a step‑by‑step protocol for removing DNA contamination from RNA samples, including buffer preparation, incubation, and heat inactivation steps. This manual is written in Chinese.

One unit is the amount of enzyme that completely digests 1 μg of pBR322 plasmid DNA in a 50 μl reaction at 37 °C for 10 minutes.
Use 2 μl of the enzyme for samples with over 5 μg of genomic DNA contamination.
