The MSCBM‑NP (Mesenchymal Stem Cell Basal Medium, No Phenol Red) is a GMP‑level basal medium designed for the culture of human mesenchymal stem cells. It is supplied sterile in 500 mL bottles and contains low glucose, glutamine, and no phenol red or antibiotics.
To prepare 500 mL of complete medium, thaw 25 mL of EliteGro™ (or EliteGro™‑Advanced), filter or centrifuge, then add it to 475 mL of MSCBM‑NP. The resulting medium should be stored at 2 °C–8 °C, protected from light, and used within two weeks; the unopened product has a 12‑month shelf life. This manual is written in Chinese.
