Recombinant human TIGIT protein (TL-730) expressed in HEK293 cells, with ≥95% purity, 40 kDa molecular weight, and detailed usage, storage, and activity…
The TL-730 product is a recombinant human TIGIT protein expressed in human HEK293 cells. It consists of 351 amino acids with a predicted theoretical molecular weight of 40 kDa and is supplied as a lyophilized powder in sterile PBS containing 6% mannitol.
The protein shows high purity (≥95% by SDS‑PAGE and HPLC) and low endotoxin levels (<0.1 EU/µg). Biological activity is demonstrated by binding to CD155 with a linear range of 15–500 ng/mL. Lyophilized samples are stable at 4 °C for up to 24 months, while reconstituted solutions can be stored at –20 °C for 6–12 months, avoiding repeated freeze‑thaw cycles. This manual is written in Chinese.
