The B&K Precision 4050B Series consists of three models (4053B, 4054B, and 4055B) designed as dual-channel function and arbitrary waveform generators. These instruments feature a 14-bit resolution and a sampling rate of 150 MSa/s, capable of generating sine, square, triangle, pulse, and arbitrary waveforms. They include extensive modulation capabilities such as AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, and PWM, along with built-in frequency counters and harmonic generators.

The 4053B covers 1 µHz – 10 MHz, the 4054B covers 1 µHz – 30 MHz, and the 4055B covers 1 µHz – 60 MHz.
