The best use temperature for reflow soldering is below 200°C, with a limit of 260°C.
It is recommended to store them in anti-static bags made of metal PET/AL/CPE material.
Dry at 80-85°C and <5%RH for 10 hours, then rehydrate at 20-30°C and >75-85%RH for 12 hours.
