This datasheet describes the compact, constant frequency, current-mode buck regulators ADP2300 and ADP2301 with integrated power MOSFETs.
The ADP2300/ADP2301 are compact, constant-frequency, current-mode, step-down DC-DC regulators that integrate power MOSFETs. They operate from a 3.0 V to 20 V input voltage and provide up to 1.2 A of load current with an output accuracy of ±2% over the full temperature range.
These devices offer two frequency options: ADP2300 operates at 700 kHz, while ADP2301 operates at 1.4 MHz. Both models feature a precision enable pin, integrated soft-start, and protection features including short-circuit protection, over-current protection (OCP), and thermal shutdown (TSD). They are available in a small 6-pin TSOT package. This manual is written in Chinese.
