About this manual

The AD7616 is a high-performance 16-bit Data Acquisition System (DAS) designed for applications such as power line monitoring, protection relays, and motor control. It features dual-channel synchronous sampling of up to 1 MSPS per channel pair with true bipolar input ranges of ±10 V, ±5 V, or ±2.5 V selectable via software or hardware.

The device includes a fully integrated solution with internal precision reference voltage sources, buffer amplifiers for high-impedance inputs (1 MΩ), and an on-chip first-order anti-aliasing filter. It supports flexible digital filtering through oversampling modes to achieve SNR up to 93 dB and offers multiple serial interface options including SPI, QSPI, MICROWIRE, and DSP-compatible protocols. This manual is written in Chinese.
