This datasheet details the AD4112, a low-power, low-noise 24-bit sigma-delta ADC with integrated AFE for voltage and current inputs.
The AD4112 is a low-power, low-noise, 24-bit sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter (ADC) that integrates an analog front end (AFE). It supports fully differential or single-ended high-impedance (≥1 MΩ) bipolar ±10 V voltage inputs and 0 mA to 20 mA current inputs. The device features an embedded 2.5 V, low-drift bandgap internal reference voltage source and a digital filter providing flexible settings, including simultaneous 50 Hz and 60 Hz suppression at a 27.27 SPS output data rate. This manual is written in Chinese.
