Apply more than 1.9 V to the PWR_KEY pin for at least 2 seconds.

How can I put the module into low‑power mode?

Set GPIO1/INT low to enter low‑power mode; set it high to exit. In this mode standby current is below 1 mA.

What AT command enables GPS on the A7 module?

Send AT+GPS=1 to turn GPS on and AT+GPS=0 to turn it off.
