This guide explains the control panel, status indicators, fault codes, and parameter settings for the ABB ACS3801 variable frequency drive.
This document serves as a User Interface Guide for the ABB ACS3801 variable frequency drive. It details the functions of the control panel, including status indicators (green for normal, red for fault), navigation buttons, and display options for viewing current faults, warnings, and motor data. The guide covers basic operations such as starting, stopping, and reversing the drive, as well as accessing motor control parameters like type, power, and voltage. This manual is written in Chinese.
| Supported Motor Types | Asynchronous, Permanent Magnet Synchronous, Synchronous Reluctance |
|---|---|
| Control Modes | Scalar or Vector |
A long green light indicates normal operation, while a flashing green light indicates a warning. A long red light indicates a fault, and a flashing red light indicates a fault that requires power off to reset.
The direction can be changed without reconnecting the motor cable by adjusting the phase sequence parameter.
Fault code A2B1 (2310) indicates an overcurrent condition where the output current exceeds internal limits, possibly due to a ground fault or missing phase.
