The LT1638 is a low-power dual rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier supplied in standard 8-pin PDIP and SO packages and an 8-pin MSOP package. The LT1639 is a low-power quad rail-to-rail input/output operational amplifier supplied in a standard 14-pin PDIP and surface-mount package.
The LT1638/LT1639 operate on single or dual supplies with total voltage from 2.5V to 44V and draw about 170uA per amplifier. They are protected against reverse supply voltages up to 18V, can accept 44V differential and common-mode input voltages, and can drive loads up to 25mA. This manual is written in Japanese.

The supply current is about 170uA per amplifier.
They operate on single or dual supplies with a total voltage from 2.5V to 44V.
They are protected against reverse supplies up to 18V and draw no current under that condition.
The output can drive loads up to 25mA while maintaining rail-to-rail operation.
