The Mobile Phone Assistant (MPA) from Tekram provides a set of tools for managing contacts, calendars, notes, messages and pictures on supported Nokia phones. It supports synchronization, import/export and quick access to data from a PC.
The manual describes hardware requirements, supported phone models, installation steps, configuration, and includes a FAQ section that answers common issues such as SIM card handling and data import. This manual is written in Chinese.

Insert the SIM into the old phone, use MPA to download the address book, then place the SIM in the new phone and import the address book with MPA.
The phone does not support that function; MPA does not provide it.
The birthday field is built‑in and does not require additional modification.
