The CP420 must be powered from a 24 V DC source with a tolerance of ±15 % and a maximum power consumption of 12 W.
Use at least a 2 mm² (AWG 14) cable for grounding, keep the ground resistance below 100 Ω, and do not connect the ground to the same point as the power circuit.
COM1 is a 9‑pin RS232/RS485 connector and COM2 is a 9‑pin RS422/RS485 connector.
