Insert the battery into the charger, connect the charger to the AC adapter, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet; the LED turns red while charging and green when fully charged.
Turn off the camera, open the battery/SD‑card compartment, insert the card with the correct orientation and close the cover; to remove, press the card edge to pop it out and close the cover.
The camera is designed to operate between 0 °C and 40 °C; using it outside this range may reduce performance.
