The HT46RU232 microcontroller integrates a 12‑bit multi‑channel A/D converter, UART, I2C, PWM outputs, programmable timers and a flexible I/O matrix of up to 40 bidirectional pins. It operates from 2.2 V to 5.5 V (4 MHz) or 3.3 V to 5.5 V (8 MHz) and includes low‑power halt and wake‑up modes.
The device provides 4096 × 16‑bit program memory (EPROM) and 192 × 8‑bit data RAM, 63 instruction set, and supports various peripheral functions such as watchdog timer, low‑voltage reset, and clock source selection (crystal or RC).
