Make sure the computer is powered off, then plug the keyboard and mouse into the appropriate USB ports.
Immediately turn off the power switch, unplug the power cord, and seek professional repair.
Insert the GreatWall driver CD, select "Intelligent Driver Installation", choose the needed drivers, click Install, and then restart the computer.
